About Us

IE Engineering was established in 2008. Our main aim is to provide engineering solutions for small to mid-sized engineering projects globally. We have access to a network of home-based engineers here in the UK. Maintaining IR35 compliance, our network comprises of experienced Controls Engineers, including Chartered Engineers, available to work on various scopes.

Our network includes vetted engineers working from decentralised offices, mainly from home, reducing overhead costs and wasted travel time. This environmentally-friendly solution gives flexibility to our engineers, allowing them the freedom to pick up small scopes of 10 hours per week or full-time roles of up to 50 hours per week in line with client requirements.

  Our expert team is experienced in some of the harshest conditions worldwide, working on complex Control Systems. We have Control Engineers available with knowledge of a multitude of PLC and SCADA packages, who are also fully electrically qualified, with experience covering VFDs, High Voltage Motors through to HART and LV instrumentation. Support from our network boosts productivity and resolves issues fast.
